To use our site or purchase from us, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a binding contract.
We sell digital downloads including PDFs, printables, and ebooks. These are delivered via email and/or instant download after purchase.
A weekly research-backed newsletter for nursing moms, billed monthly via Stripe. Founding-member pricing of $12/month is available for the first 50 subscribers; regular pricing is $15/month thereafter. Founding-member price is locked in for as long as your subscription remains active.
Some content (free sample PDFs, blog posts, social media) is offered at no charge. By accessing free content, you may be added to our email list, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Your Nourished Mamma Weekly subscription will renew automatically each month on the same calendar day you originally subscribed. You will be charged the recurring price stated at checkout (currently $12/month for founding members, or $15/month for new subscribers after the first 50 founding slots are filled).
You can cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason. To cancel:
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to that period's content and the bundled PDFs (Main Guide, Recipe Vault, Hydration Printable) — those are yours to keep.
If a recurring payment fails, we'll attempt to charge again over the following 7 days. If the payment continues to fail, your subscription will be paused or cancelled, and we'll notify you by email.
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.
However, we may issue refunds at our discretion in these cases:

All content on Nourished Mamma — including written materials, PDFs, recipes, photography, branding, and the newsletter — is owned by Moon Family Enterprises, LLC and protected by copyright.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
